A 50% deposit will secure your booking (unless specified otherwise). I will then confirm the details with you and discuss any requests or questions. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your session date.
LOCATION: Based in Townsville, QLD - YES, I travel, anywhere is an option, additional fees may apply.
How many photos do I receive? Your package option - plus extras... I really try to cut back and deliver only the most amazing images, but the details matter to me, the look, the cheeky grin, sometimes its near impossible to not include an image in a client gallery because I know in years to come they will be the ones that you love the most - I offer upgrade options for all bookings.
All photos are delivered digitally, via a password protected online gallery. Images are stored for a period of 6 months. I strongly encourage you to immediately download your gallery to a device, hard drive etc. This includes low resolution and high resolution images.
How long does it take to receive my gallery? I generally deliver within 3 weeks, during peak periods this may extend up to 5 weeks. I will communicate this to you at the time of booking.
Social media and privacy: I 100% respect any decision you make, your gallery does not have to be shared on social media, please just advise me of this, it is also in your contract.
Reschedule/Weather: I remain as flexible as possible, reschedule dates are subject to availability.
By booking a session you agree to the following:
- The deposit is non refundable, but you may transfer it to use at a later date. If cancellation/re-booking a new date occurs within 7 days of your session, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees are at the discretion of Kim Deluca Photography at all times.
- Printing: The prices quoted are for digital files only. RAW or unedited files are not available, choice of images delivered and editing style is 100% Kim Deluca Photography final decision, gallery delivery is final.
- Travel Fees may apply: a custom quote can be provided on booking. Travel fee guide - Mackay or Rockhampton Region $500. To Whitsunday Region $400. Ingham Region - $200. Anywhere else, I'm Keen - message me!
